Acceptance:
By using TravelPoint.pk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. TravelPoint.pk is Pakistan’s premier travel business directory and online marketplace. Our platform connects travelers (“users”) with licensed travel agencies and vendors. Any booking or payment you make is a direct contract between you and the service provider. TravelPoint is not itself a travel agency or airline. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
TravelPoint.pk acts as an online marketplace and directory for travel services. We list:
⭐ Tour packages ⭐ Visa services
⭐ Airline tickets ⭐ Hotel bookings
⭐ Travel Insurance ⭐ Study-abroad consultancies
We facilitate searching, comparing, and booking services. However, we do not control or guarantee the quality of services offered by third-party vendors. Bookings are processed via secure payment gateways. TravelPoint assumes no liability for services provided by vendors.
Users must create an account with valid details (email, phone, etc.).
You must be at least 18 years old to register or book.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
Reviews and ratings must be genuine and based on real experiences.
Misuse, unlawful activity, or false content may lead to suspension.
Vendors may register to list their services and must provide accurate details such as:
✔ Business name, address, and contact details
✔ Agency license number (issued by DTS under Travel Agencies Act, 1976)
✔ Valid registration documents (SECP, NTN, etc.)
✔ Package details, images, and price ranges
Vendors are required to:
✔ Maintain updated licenses and permits
✔ Provide true and accurate service information
✔ Pay any agreed subscription or listing fees
✔ Respond promptly to customer inquiries
✔ Deliver services as advertised
TravelPoint may suspend vendors who provide false details, operate without a valid license, or fail to comply with regulations.
💳 TravelPoint supports online payments via licensed payment gateways (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfers).
💳 Payments may be made directly to vendors or processed by TravelPoint.
💳 If processed via TravelPoint, the vendor’s share is remitted after service delivery.
💳 Vendors may subscribe to premium listings or packages. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies depend on the vendor’s terms.
TravelPoint does not guarantee refunds on behalf of vendors.
Disputes must be resolved directly between the traveler and the vendor.
Users may contact vendors via chat, WhatsApp, email, or notifications.
Reviews must be honest and respectful.
TravelPoint does not endorse or guarantee user-generated content.
Inappropriate, fake, or offensive content may be removed.
All content on TravelPoint.pk (logos, text, images, design) is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Vendors retain rights to their own materials but grant TravelPoint permission to display them.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without permission.
All vendors must comply with Pakistan’s Travel Agencies Act, 1976 and hold valid DTS licenses.
TravelPoint operates under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and follows SECP, FBR, and consumer protection guidelines.
Vendors and users must not use the platform for illegal purposes (e.g., fraud, money laundering).
⚠ TravelPoint provides the platform “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or reliability.
⚠ TravelPoint is not responsible for vendor performance, refunds, or traveler experience.
⚠ Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
⚠ Users agree to indemnify TravelPoint for claims arising from misuse or breach of terms.
TravelPoint may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
